Fran Troxler - Owner/Managing Broker
Fran began her real estate career in Wears Valley in 2000, shortly after moving to Tennessee from Jacksonville, Florida, with her
husband David and their five children. She had learned all about Wears Valley and Sevier County by participating in the U.S.
Census, and her newly-gained knowledge of the area coupled with her great love of the Smoky Mountains provided her with the
opportunity to share her enthusiasm with like-minded people wishing to also have a little part of the Tennessee Mountains. After
